The Challenger Learning Center of Northern Nevada hosted an event for the Nevada's Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology last night.
The Challenger Learning Center welcomed a standing-room only audience of our community's entrepreneurship leaders at its Sparks High School location. As part of its Tech Wednesday program, NCET members received a full description of the Challenger Learning Center and its impact on young people.
Paul McFarlane described the Center's history, growth, and expansion before releasing the attendees on highly interactive tours throughout the Center. These activities included a virtual walk through space, designing Mars vehicles, description of the Control Room, walk-through the Space Station, and a visit to the big dome.
Another successful night for the Challenger Learning Center. Visit www.nevadachallenger.org for the latest news and events.
