INVITATION to Truckee Tahoe Flight Plan on January 18

The first-ever flight plan will take place on January 18 at the Truckee Tahoe Airport. All high school and college students are invited to attend. There's no cost to meet aviation executives, learn about the aviation industry, and gain important job-seeking tips.

Through a partnership with the Truckee Tahoe Airport District, local students will learn about the aviation industry, learn career preparation skills, and meet college and employment recruiters. The program will be managed by Pathways to Aviation staff and board leaders.

The Truckee Tahoe Flight Plan is comprised of four career-planning workshops, which feature presentations made by aviation executives. The sessions take place:
January 18
February 15
March 15
April 19

Sign-up today! Participating students will qualify for a new scholarship to be awarded only to students participating in the careers program. Points are earned for registering for the program, RSVPing for workshops, attending the sessions, participating in conversations, and networking with executives.

Bonus - The program is open to all students, even if they're not planning to work in the aviation industry.

Students interested in participating are encouraged to register before January 18. Failure to register does not exclude students from attending the workshops.
